Booking Periods

Peak Season

Peak season bookings are typically Saturday to Saturday with a minimum 5-night stay, but other start days may be available for weekly stays.

Off-Peak

Outside of peak season, the cottages are available for short stays of 3 nights or more.

Rates

Nightly rates range from £100 to £150, while weekly rates vary between £600 and £800, depending on the chosen cottage and the season.

Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit equal to GBP 100.00 is required. Full booking balance must be paid 28 days before arrival. Payments by cash, cheque and BACS.

“Lovely, peaceful location with amazing open outlook towards cliffs and sea. Excellent well equipped facility with generous sized rooms. Well heated but with a woodburning stove to add to the cozy, relaxing atmosphere.”

“I have stayed at Instabillie 5 times. The cottages are beautifully laid out and in a great location. Karen, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. The log burner is ideal on those cold nights. I come back every year & have booked for 2025. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.”

Everything you could possibly need and Karen is always very friendly and helpful with lots of thoughtful little touches. We hope to come back again & highly recommend. Even when the weather doesn’t play ball the houses are lovely & cosy with underfloor heating. A real home away from home & great broadband and telly for the youngsters.”
