“Lovely, peaceful location with amazing open outlook towards cliffs and sea. Excellent well equipped facility with generous sized rooms. Well heated but with a woodburning stove to add to the cozy, relaxing atmosphere.”

“I have stayed at Instabillie 5 times. The cottages are beautifully laid out and in a great location. Karen, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. The log burner is ideal on those cold nights. I come back every year & have booked for 2025. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.”

“Fantastic accommodation as always with fab views over Skaill Bay. We have stayed here 3 times spanning 9 years in both houses. Everything you could possibly need and Karen is always very friendly and helpful with lots of thoughtful little touches. We hope to come back again & highly recommend. Even when the weather doesn’t play ball the houses are lovely & cosy with underfloor heating. A real home away from home & great broadband and telly for the youngsters.”
